This is a budget allocated to a call for projects, the result of which is validated by a popular vote. The participatory budget contributes to citizen participation by giving citizens the opportunity to build projects and vote for them. The City of Dinan has decided to give the population the opportunity to actively participate in the animation of the City! The projects carried out must imperatively be events on the themes of culture and/or sport.

Results/Outcomes/Products: This is the first year that the city of Dinan has set up this practice, results to come.
