The Association is voluntary, independent and non-profit. It constitutes an open, pluralistic, non-ideological and non-identity space. It pursues the goal of spreading the principles of merit, competence, individual responsibility, transparent decision- making and information, protection of individual freedoms, market economy, competition, and individual and collective solidarity.

It aims to stimulate the use of scientific evidence as an essential basis for collective discussion and deliberation. Aware of the current economic, cultural and social decline that afflicts our country, the Association aims to grow a large, curious and enterprising community that has the well-being of the community as its main reference in order to bring out the pragmatic and competent forces that the country has and that can foster change. In this way, it aims to develop ideas and formulate concrete proposals in order to work towards an improvement of the current state of things. It intends to do so starting from a realistic recognition of the existing situation, placing education, science and technology at the center of its activity, adopting a global and never autarchic vision.
The Association is inspired by the cultural heritage of Europe, from which the universal values of the inalienable rights of people, freedom, democracy, equality, peace and rule of law have developed, to deserve a country that is aware of the current historical reality, responsible for its actions and capable of creating opportunities and well-being.
It aims to develop and promote dialogue, relationships and collaboration between associations and committees at the national level in order to aggregate different but similar experiences, in compliance with the principles of equality, participation, sharing and with the aim of creating a collaborative network of competences in order to pursue the Association’s objectives.
It also aims to promote, support, disseminate and develop cultural and social activities in order to stimulate dialogue between the subjects/entities present in the territory, as well as the participation and civic and social commitment of every citizen.
