The European Cyprus Society is a scientific non-profit, non-governmental organisation, with the aim of developing actions on Youth, European and International Relations, Politics and Diaspora, targeting young people in Cyprus.

Through a series of meetings, round-table discussions, Youth Cycles and other activities, The European Cyprus Society achieves the following objectives within the thematic areas:

• European and International Relations: to promote the knowledge of Cypriot youth on European and International Relations, both in terms of the position of Cyprus within the European Union, but also with regard to the bilateral relations of Cyprus with other countries.
• Youth: to empower young people of Cyprus through actions involving volunteering, non-formal education and youth entrepreneurship.
• Politics: to encourage youth participation in public affairs and politics, developing the feeling of active citizenship among young people.
• Diaspora: to inform Cypriot youth on issues related to the Cyprus Diaspora and to develop a framework of cooperation between the Cypriot youth who live on the island and the Cypriot youth worldwide.

The European Cyprus Society was founded in October 2016 in Nicosia.
