The UniCa LGBT Student Association was born on September 1, 2014 thanks to some students of the University of Cagliari.

The primary objective is the creation of a space where one can socialize and interact peacefully not only among LGBT people, but with all those who, although they do not identify with this acronym, share the principles of freedom and mutual respect regardless of the individual differences that may characterize a person. A space where everyone feels encouraged to put their skills to good use so that we can succeed in organizing events, classes, performances, sports tournaments and more in a way that shows how much benefit is derived when we abandon prejudice.
