The second international mobility of the project held in Bucharest, from 5th to 9th of July 2019. The seminar was aimed at getting in contact the participants with the results of the Romanian Presidency UE. Participants discussed together how to manage next steps of the project and how to build a platform for the discussion and the interaction between young people, immigrants coming from different backgrounds and policy makers.
The partners involved, 10 associations from 9 different countries, has been chosen for their experience and expertise in the field of active participation and efforts towards the development of the sense of participated citizenship in youths, and with the added value of having experience in the field of the complicated, but rewarding, tool of Structured Dialogue.
During the meeting the participants, one per country, had the possibility to visit to the Palace of the Parliament where they had the opportunity to visit an Institutional place in Bucharest and discover its history and peculiarities. During the visit the group discovered the priorities of the EU Presidency in Romania:
- Europe of convergence
- A safer Europe
- Europe as a stronger actor
- Europe of common values.
After the presentation of the main results of the EU Presidency in Romania, activities continued in a non-formal way discovering the next steps of the Structured Dialogue at European level.
