The Association was founded by a group of teachers who, by virtue of an educational stance matured over many years of work, wanted to address the problem of school failure and discomfort by placing themselves from the point of view of the student in difficulty, who often feels that school is alien to himself and his desires.
The starting intuition was to build a place where these children could first and foremost be taken seriously as people, offering them a companionship that would help them to be themselves while also experiencing school engagement as an opportunity for human growth.
