For 40 years, CLPS The Skills Challenge, a cooperative and participatory society, has been promoting access to qualifications and job retention through vocational training.

A training organization present in around twenty towns in the west of France, CLPS L’implication competences trains employees and job seekers within the framework of continuing education, work-study programs and the public policies implemented. by local authorities and the state.

It thus proposes three axes of support towards integration into employment:
