GYİAD was established in 1986 to find solutions to the needs and problems of young business people and managers and to represent them on various platforms.

GYİAD is a rapidly growing, influential and pioneering non-governmental organization that works to increase the political and economic influence of young business people and managers on society, supports creative entrepreneurship projects.

GYİAD continues its activities to produce social responsibility projects, to increase the commercial relations and cooperation among its members, and to develop projects for the solution of sectoral problems.
