The Union of Scouts of Serbia is an independent, voluntary, non-political, non-profit, patriotic, educational and educational Union of associations, open to everyone regardless of gender, origin, nationality, racial, religious and political affiliation or any other personal characteristics in accordance with the principles of anti-discrimination and providing equal opportunities.The Association of Scouts of Serbia is the oldest active non-formal education movement operating in the Republic of Serbia and has the status of an umbrella association in accordance with the Law on Youth.
